Unusual low press. port

Year: 2000
Make: Mustang
Model: GT
Engine Size: 4.6
Refrigerant Type: r134a
Country of Origin: United States

This suction port is the original, stock port on this 2000 Mustang GT. It has no internal or external threads for a cap. Second problem is that I can't get the schrader valve out, even with the proper tool and pliers. I don't want to damage the tube by applying anymore torque, is there a trick to getting a stuck schrader valve out with minimal damage? Thanks for any help.

You most likely have what is called a primary valve. The entire valve is replaced.

35-50033 - GM & Ford Low Side Primary Valve.

From the looks of the picture, the valve core comes out and can be replaced. Sometimes those valve cores can be a pain or get buggered, might break the valve core remove tool, but try needle nose or a more heavy duty valve core tool.
