93 Deville AC issue

Refrigerant Type: R12

Hi Guys,

I am having an issue with the ac in my car. I believe that it is currently is low on refrigerant but the compressor is cycling. Here is the strange part; when I start the car the air coming out of the vents is cool but not cold; as the car warms up so does the air coming out of the vents. The passenger vents are the warmest and the driver vents are warm but not as warm as the passenger vents, then the rear vent stays relatively cool. I felt the lines going into the firewall; the high pressure line is cold and the low pressure side is cool; I believe they are supposed to be the same temp. The whole system is on one zone, it does not have multi zone heat/ac so I doubt that it is a blend door issue, that's in my opinion what makes it strange. Could all of this be indicative of low refrigerant? Thanks
