How much oil is required after a vac and fill?

Year: 1994
Make: Dodge
Model: Ram
Engine Size: 5.9
Refrigerant Type: 134A
Ambient Temp: 55
Pressure Low: 52

Hi, I just replaced all components on the AC system of this Ram 1500 Im just acquired. I think I made a mistake in forgetting to purge the lines on the gauges before filling the system with refrigerant (2 out of 3 12 oz cans). Seems to work ok, lines get cold, Right now its about 55, static pressure is 52, outside and the compressor is cycling.

My question is, If i were to remove all of the refrigerant, vac the system and start over, how much oil is recommended to be added before refilling? Is it worth it?

If you're just recovering the refrigerant and pulling a vacuum to recharge. No additional oil will be needed.
