Year: 1999
Make: International (truck)
Model: 4700
Engine Size: deisel
Refrigerant Type: 134
Country of Origin: American Samoa

Hello I just purchased this truck. Ran a hot wire to compressor to charge system. System runs and works good with hot jumper wire. But no power to compressor without jumper wire. put jumper wire in low pressure switch still nothing.
checked low pressure switch plug with test light have power to the switch. MY owners manual does not show any fuse or relay related to the AC system. anyone worked on a International truck?

Big trucks tend to all be different, you may have to trace the wires yourself. There's certainly a fuse somewhere. If it's a TXV system it'll have both low and high switches, or possibly a trinary switch. Check the pressure switches with an ohmmeter to make sure they are closed as they should be with the compressor not running. Sometimes the switch is in the ground side of the circuit so it will show power when it should be grounded.
