Nippondenso 7SB-16H oil capacity

Year: 2001
Make: Lexus
Model: IS300
Engine Size: 3.0
Refrigerant Type: r134a
Ambient Temp: 85

Hi,
I bought a reman compressor (Nippondenso 7SB-16H) and according to the retailer I need to drain and refill to car manufacturers specs. The service manual for the car does not list the capacity, under the hood only lists the oil type (ND8), two Lexus dealerships gave me conflicting numbers (40cc's, and "it already comes with oil, just put 2oz more in"), and today I purchased an alldata subscription for my car just to find out that it does not list it either. I've probably spent 10+ hours on the web trying to find this out. I have posted here before and Adam gave me 4.5 and iceman gave me 1 to 2 oz. I maybe a little annoying asking again, but I don't want to F this up. Any help is greatly greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
jamieC

Only thing I can find on it is the compressor amount should be listed under the hood. Use that amount plus 1.4 for the condenser and 1.4 for the evap. That is as long as the system was flush with zero residual oil left in the system.

The 4.5 oz I found was listed on one of our vendors webpages as the correct amount for that compressor for that vehicle. I also found the same information on an is300 forum as well but I cannot remember what the thread was titled.

Hi,
Under the hood, it only lists the quantity of refrigerant, not the quantity of oil unfortunately.

As for the 4.5oz, is that for the total system, or just the compressor? Could you send me the link of the vendor page?
thanks everyone!
