Air in Hoses

The question is simple , before I attach the manifold gauge to the system for checking there is air in the hoses and this air is replaced by refrigerant after attaching and checking . Does this air previously existing in hoses enter to the system, or it goes out? and does multiple checking with gauges will entrain air in the system? I check the system monthly to ensure correct pressures.

Because the static and operating pressures are positive, the air in the gauge lines will not be sucked in.
