Drier and pressure cutoff switch

rschmitt2 on Thu April 08, 2010 12:25 PM User is offline

Year: 1992
Make: Plymouth
Model: Colt Vista
Engine Size: 1.8
Refrigerant Type: R134 retro
Country of Origin: United States

I am going to buy a replacement compressor for my car (018402CP), but I am not sure which drier to get. Two are listed for my vehicle (37-13205 and 37-13205-2). What is the difference between them?

Also, I want to replace the pressure cutoff switch, but don't see one listed. Is one available?

Does your drier have the same size fitting on the inlet and outlet ports?

I looked at it more carefully and it actually has a block bolted to the top of it that has the 2 lines and the pressure cutoff switch mounted to it. So I think 37-13316 might be the right part. How about the pressure cutoff switch? Is that available?

If you are just looking for a universal cut-off switch to put in the drier, we have them available. 29-30703-3 We also have a harness available for the switch as well to wire inline with the clutch coil wire.
