Air Box & Evaporator Cleanout

Refrigerant Type: 134a

I just got this A/C working again and it is cooling great, low 40's vent temps while driving. But today, my wife reported that water is leaking into the passenger side floorboard. My guess is that is condensation off of the evaporator and the drain in the box is plugged up somewhere. So I want to clean it out and make sure the front of the evaporator is clean as well.

I was hoping that one of you pro's can tell me the easiest way to go about this task as there is not much room under the dash. Please help...

The drain is under the hood, look just under where the AC lines go into the firewall, usually a plastic nipple sticking out, sometimes a piece of rubber (elbow) on it..

Found it, but it is hard to get to. If it is plugged up, wouldn't I need to get inside the box to clear it out?

If so, what is the easiest way to get inside the box.
