Evap not draining

I'm trying to help out on a car 200 miles from me. Daughter & friend at college have same car, so they called me about "wet carpet on passenger's side" of her friend's car. No water dripping on ground with A/C running, and she parks under a tree that drops a lot of stuff. So, clogged up evap drain seems quite likely. But it also seems like the bottom of the evap box may have an accumulation of stuff, and require a clean out, not just pushing something up the drain tube to clear it.

My question is whether someone is familiar enough with the vehicle (which s/b the same as on a Camry) to tell me what's involved with cleaning it up---whether it can be done w/o pulling the unit. Unfortunately, it doesn't have a cabin air filter, so there's not that easy access into the box.

Thanks in advance.

There is a small drain tube in the evap case. Someone might have kicked it off.
