Year: 2006
Make: jeep
Model: wrangler
Engine Size: 6 cyl
Refrigerant Type: r134a
Ambient Temp: 99
Pressure Low: 45
Pressure High: 225
Country of Origin: United States

2006 jeep wrangler compressor cycles on and off, turns off at 37psi low side comes back on around 55psi high side takes about 5 or so mints to build to 225psi. 53 degrees out the vents. i feel the low pressure switch is going bad, at what pressure should it shut off at???? if it is bad where in AZ has them in stock for purchase. the stealer says that a dealer in sandiego has one in stock...

Those cycling pressures do seem high. Every car I've worked on cycled around 20 to 40 give a few psi each way.
