Year: 1999
Make: dodge
Model: caravan
Engine Size: 2.4
Refrigerant Type: r 134
Country of Origin: United States

i am attempting to replace the evaporator ..have the three fire wall bolts out the two upper mount and one lower mount bolts out the glove box and associated brackets out also the heater core and center mount brackets as it looks like they are one complete unit but the evaporator box hits on the cyclindrical steel tube which goes from left side of the dash to the right requiring extensive dissasembly to remove the tube ??is this the only way the evap box will come out or is there a way to get to all of the bottom half of the evap box bolts

thanks,

rick
