Help Needed !! hose repair question

Any ideas here?
SAE J2196 (refrigerant charging hose/manifold type hose) 600psi/3000burst

The fittings for the hoses are ok...the hose itself is a little too old to depend on in my opinion.
Is there a building source/service I can send these off for re-fitting/hosing/crimping?

Heres what I've got...I'm measuring from crimp end to crimp end and not adding the fittings.
Red = 1 @ 4"...1 @ 4 1/2"...1 @ 6 "...2 @ 10"...1 @ 13"...1 @ 14"...1 @ 16 1/2"...1 @ 17"
Blue = 1 @ 14"...1 @ 15 1/2 "...1 @ 18 1/2"
Yellow = 1 @ 12 1/2"...1 @ 13"(fitting is breaking at the crimp)
So..as you see...weird lengths, not too easy to locate on the 'net at all...and too small for my hydra-krimp!

Thanks in advance!
john
