I got a buddy with a 2007 F150 with no AC. The thought is to get an OEM AC system from a wreck and install it in the non AC truck. Surely a new drier, and condensers are cheap, so it makes no sense to me not to change that considering how much sand blasting they get. Also, I would want to get a system that is still holding pressure. My real concerns are the evaperator and dash board. Is anyone familiar with these models to know how difficult the swap will be? Naturally, this is a price job. Elsewise he would have bought a more expensive truck.
