Year: 1998
Make: jeep
Engine Size: 4.0
Refrigerant Type: 134
Country of Origin: United States

my evap finally crapped out. bought all supplies from ackits. i took off the comp too to refill with new oil. to get old oil out i flipped comp upside down and had some oil come out of the 2 ports where the refridgerant lines were before i disconnected them. only an ounce or 2 came out. i also tried to rotate the clutch while the comp was upside down and no more oil came out. is there another way i don't know about to get the oil out of the comp?? was told the comp needs to be 8.1oz of pag 100. was going to flush out the comp with 8oz and drain followed by refilling with 6oz in comp and 2oz in evap. is that right?? should i put any oil in new drier?

*ounces would be the system capacity. If you are changing drier and flushing the system them you would need the total amount. If you're not flushing then its a guess at best on the proper amount.
