Can anybody tell me where the blower motor resistor is located on a 97 Mitsubishi Mirage?

No fuses blown, no voltage at blower or blower resistor-any ideas?

There could be a relay involved. A lot of Hondas have a relay under the hood to power up the blower motor rather than pass all that current directly thru the key switch.
