Hesitation question

paul_h on Thu May 08, 2008 1:22 PM User is offlineView users profile

Year: 1994
Make: Chevrolet
Model: Suburban
Engine Size: 6.5 L
Refrigerant Type: 134A

After having my compressor, orifice tube, and dryer replaced, now I notice some small hesitations when the compressor is engaged. This is not like the initial start up of the compressor that I have noticed on other vehicles. The rpm or speed of vehicle doesn't change, but there is definite hesitation, or am I dreaming? Can anyone help?

RPM never changes but you feel a hesitation?

I may be dreaming, but yes I believe I do feel hesitation. This is my wife's vehicle, so I don't drive it much. I'll get a chance to drive it more this weekend and really put it through the paces.
