Damaged Evaporator, does it look ok to use?

Just wondering what you guys think about this evaporator? You can see where it looks like it was dropped an a row of fins was crushed. I'm not that worried about the fins being bent since it's only a small porting of the overall area. My main concern would be the slightly bend in the channel that houses the Freon, or the shock that may have caused this to be bent. Could this have caused any tears or holes in this channel that would cause leaking? In the picture you can see on the left side where the entire row of fins is crushed and the 2nd row also started to deform. Since it's about a 4-5 hour job, plus evac and fill I want to make sure it's not going to leak since it would cost about $600 to re-do it again.

Judgement call as it does not look that bad. If you got the core from us? We will issue a replacement if that is the direction you would like to go.

Sorry, it was not from you. I just saw this forum has a lot of traffic so I thought it would be a good place to post it. The place I purchased from is sending me a new one. Thanks.
