Whats this new Red Devil sealant?

Country of Origin: United States

We got a sample bottle of it in the mail at the shop. Supposed to not clog up anything including my recovery machine plus the supplier who my boss likes is all giddy about the stuff.

My boss thinks that we should start using it in evey car.

Any specs on it so I can talk him out of that idea?

Chris:

Is this the "Red Angel" stuff? Has the smell o' snake oil to me. They claim that it is "activated" by refrigerant, but then only hardens to a waxy plug in the presence of oxygen. You can test that yourself easily enough, just expose some to refrigerant, then air. The only CAS number in the MSDS is for parrafinic oil...

The same company makes the "Blue Devil" cooling system sealer, which belongs in every radiator in Iran. Read about it HERE.
